Vegan Bircher Muesli

Serves: 1


Ingredients:

½ cup organic oats

½ cup plant-based milk (we love coconut, almond or rice)

1 tsp chia seeds

1 Tb pumpkin or sunflower seeds

½ sliced or grated organic apple

1 Tb coconut yoghurt (unsweetened)

¼ tsp ground cinnamon


Toppings

Fresh strawberries sliced

Almonds or nuts of your choice

Coconut yoghurt


Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and allow to soak for a few hours or overnight.

Top with fresh toppings before serving
