Filling:
1 Cup desiccated coconut
2 Tbs rice malt syrup or maple syrup
1 Tsp vanilla essence
Chocolate:
5 Tbs coconut oil melted
2 Tbs maple syrup
Add Cacao powder until texture is smooth and silky. We usually wing the chocolate coating recipe, so just adjust it to your taste! - Blend coconut, rice malt syrup and vanilla until combined and sticky. - place into molds, roll into balls or use a scoop to shape. (We used a measuring spoon but any shape will work) - Freeze for a few hours. - Mix chocolate ingredients and coat coconut domes with chocolate. - Enjoy straight away or store in the fridge!
