Stretches
After my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training I realised how much emotional stress is released through stretching, yoga and movement. Your hips are a big area for storing tension. Doing hip opening yoga poses will help ease this tension and release anything that is being stored. When this happens, the sacral Chakra is directly impacted. Try holding each of these poses for 1-5 minutes each. You can look for yin yoga classes in your area that focus on the hips.
