Immunity Tonic

Ingredients - 1 Tsp turmeric  - 1/2 a lemon  - 1 Tsp apple cider vinegar  - 1 Tsp raw or Manuka honey  - a small dash of cayenne pepper - Peeled/ grated/ ginger tea

Method  Simply put all the ingredients into a cup and add hot filtered water.
