Ingredients:
3 large roasted beetroot (peeled and chopped up)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander seeds
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp ginger or pickled ginger
2 Tb tahini
1 Tb olive oil
1/4 cup sauerkraut juice or 1-2 Tb of sauerkraut
1/2 lemon Salt and pepper to taste
Method: Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy with veggie sticks
