Healthy Wendy’s Frosty/ Chocolate Frappe

- 1/2 a frozen banana

- 1 Tbs Cacao
 
- 1.5 cups of ice

- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk

- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

- Option to add a Tbs of dates/linseeds

/ macadamia nuts/ collagen/ protein powder or nut butter (it’s best without anything else)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until they are smooth and fluffy.
